1. Shipping Coverage

Lady Vatika delivers across India. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Serviceable Areas

  • All major metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India
  • Selected pin codes in rural areas (check serviceability at checkout)

Note: Some remote locations may have limited or no service. Pin code serviceability will be verified at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹99 shipping charge
  • Orders ₹999 - ₹1,999: ₹49 shipping charge
  • Orders above ₹2,000: FREE shipping

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for select pin codes at an additional charge of ₹199. Express orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. An additional charge of ₹50 applies for COD orders.

4. Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1-2 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 3-7 business days
  • Customized products: 7-15 business days

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email with order details
  • SMS notification with order number
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order through:

  • Your Lady Vatika account dashboard
  • The courier partner's website using the AWB number
  • SMS updates at each stage of delivery

6. Delivery Process

What to Expect

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the provided address
  • You will receive a call/SMS before delivery
  • Valid ID proof may be required for high-value orders
  • OTP verification may be required for prepaid orders

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails:

  • First attempt: Rescheduled for next business day
  • Second attempt: You will be contacted to arrange redelivery
  • Third attempt: Order returned to origin (refund processed for prepaid orders)

7. Special Shipping Scenarios

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ items), please contact our customer service for special shipping rates and arrangements.

Festival Seasons

During festival seasons (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), please expect additional 2-3 days in delivery time due to high order volumes.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

8. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders:

  • Eco-friendly packaging materials
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Special packaging for delicate items like sarees and lehengas
  • Discreet packaging with no price tags on the outside

9. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Military cantonments (without prior approval)
  • Areas with security restrictions
  • International locations

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • If already accepted, report within 24 hours with photos
  • We will arrange for pickup and replacement/refund

Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will:

  • Investigate with the courier partner
  • Provide regular updates on the investigation
  • Offer replacement or full refund if shipment is confirmed lost

11. Address Changes

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order.
